PAYMENT OPTIONS We offer the following payment options:
A proforma invoice can be supplied if required IN ALL CASES PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE commencement date of the services to be provided.
CREDIT APPLICATIONS Applications must be made in writing. Application forms are available by contacting the Full Cost Business Coordinator on +44(0)1909 504704. If approved, this will allow a company to place a purchase order prior to the commencement of the services. Payment MUST then be made within 28 days of the invoice date by one of the above methods of payment.
LATE PAYMENT PENALTY CLAUSE Should you fail to pay within the agreed time limit, you will be sent a statement of account and an additional charge will be made of 3% above base rate on overdue balances. Charges are made on a daily basis.
COURSE RE-SCHEDULING (After consultation with our booking secretary) If due to unforseen circumstances your course booking has to be re-scheduled, you will be invoiced the full amount against the original date. There will be a re-registration fee of £75 + VAT per person, before attending the newly scheduled course.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE If you cancel between 28 and 15 days before services start date, 50% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the start date, the FULL fee will be charged. Development work will be claimed at 100% quoted price in all cases.
Substitution Candidates can be substituted without penalty by notification in writing prior to the start of the course.
Additional Information Joining instructions will be sent to you prior to the start of the course.
