Important information

Before we deploy staff on to your site to fully investigate your needs please inform us of any safety induction training required.

All staff will arrive with their own PPE and whilst on-site will follow all site related safety procedures. It would also be advantageous to receive a copy of your risk assessment and method statement aligned to the equipment/system to be investigated.

In readiness for the process to start and end with an effective training solution, we ask our customers to prepare answers to the following key questions:

  1. What do you want your staff to know at the end of the training course that they do not know at present?
  2. What do you want your staff to be able to do at the end of this course that they cannot do now?

Based on our past experience delivering bespoke training courses to a range of companies, here are some examples of key items that our customers have raised in the past that may help you to identify your particular needs:

  • Be able to read and interpret our machine specific circuit diagrams
  • Know which sections of the circuit are operational at any one time and be able to follow the flow paths
  • Know the function, operation and control of all of the key components
  • Know the location of the component parts and levels of accessibility
  • Know those components that can be adjusted and what the outcome would be
  • Know the elements of control and their effect on performance
  • Further understand contamination management and the actions that must be taken at all times
  • Know the safe working procedures to follow to carry out effective fault diagnosis and fault rectification
  • Know the preventative measures that should be adopted to reduce downtime
