Equality and Diversity
The National Fluid Power Centre wholly supports Equality & Diversity in line with the commitment of our parent company, the RNN Group. It is too this end, we follow the procedures and guidelines set out in the documentation, provided by this group, therefore adhering to all policies.
Statutory Notices
The National Fluid Power Centre (NFPC), in line with the commitment of our parent company the RNN Group, follow the procedures and guidelines set out under the Statutory Notices. Adherence to these policies ensures the NFPC operates and functions within the UK and RNN group rules / regulations.
Freedom of Information
The NFPC uphold the Freedom of Information policies set out by our parent company, the RNN Group. This is in line with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) whose core responsibility is to uphold information rights in the public interest, they also hold the register of data controllers and handle thousands of enquiries, concerns and complaints relating to handling of data every year. They take action to improve behaviours of those that process personal information, and those that send electronic marketing or public communication services along with enforcing compliance with Freedom of Information (FOI) and environmental information laws.
Safeguarding
The NFPC follows the procedures and policies set down in the RNN Group Safeguarding documentation.
