This course builds upon your knowledge gained whilst attending the Stage 1 Hydraulics Course.

“CONTAMINATION MANAGEMENT” (CM1)It will enable you to improve your existing procedures and be more aware of contamination ingression, associated costs and failures. It will cover flushing and associated measurement to ISO Standards. £350.00 Exc VAT

Course Aims
Course 1 concentrates on the REAL HARD FACTS and will provide you with a thorough understanding of the origin of contaminants and the procedures that must be followed at all times to minimise ingression to acceptable levels.
You will be made aware of associated costs of failure and the importance of following flushing procedures and that of quantifying cleanliness levels through measure processes aligned to ISO Standards

- The wear process that takes place ( How it affects the life of the hydraulic fluid)
