Course Details
The National Fluid Power Centre is proud to be a MOOG approved training provider. This course will include practical hands-on training involving loading a programme, connecting to a pump, exporting and importing data and monitoring performance.
- 1 day course
- Course times are 8:45am – 4pm or as arranged by your tutor (please be on site at the NFPC for 8:30am)
- Training at the NFPC will consist of 1 Day practical training
- Candidates will receive a comprehensive set of course notes, light refreshments, and certificate of attendance
- This Module will be limited to a maximum of 8 candidates

Course Objectives
On completion of this course you will know:
- The difference between Digital Pumps and conventional variable flow hydraulic pumps
- The applications for digital pumps
- How a digital pump operates including the connections with a factory system
- The arrangements for pressure and flow feedback control
- How to connect the RKP-D pump via a laptop
- How to save the existing RKP-D pump setup
- How to reinstall an existing programme into a new pump
- The various monitoring options available
Entry requirements for this course
We recommend you complete the Stage 1 Hydraulics pre-requisite course before booking this course.

No, lunch isn’t provided however we will be providing light refreshments on the day. There are a number of supermarkets nearby along with fast food outlets for lunch.
