IN ALL CASES PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE commencement of the seminar.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE
If you cancel between 28 and 15 days before the seminar start date, 50% of the fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 14 days prior to the start date, the FULL fee will be charged.

Substitution
Candidates can be substituted by notifying us prior to the start of the seminar.
