Bespoke - Specially Commissioned Courses

These programmes are designed by the technical staff at the centre following a site visit and discussions to identify a company's specific needs. Location, course content, delivery times and duration can all be arranged to meet your specific requirements.

This provides the most cost effective way of guaranteeing that staff knowledge and skills match their work place tasks.

Phase 1 NFPC staff are deployed on customers site to:

• Talk to engineers and key staff to clearly identify expected training outcomes and all subject areas to be covered.
• Carryout data gathering process of all necessary information, analyse and identify its relevance within the programme.
• Work with site staff to gain total familiarisation of systems, controls and application.
• Photograph all necessary parts and systems.
• Develop a draft programme for approval by the customer
• estimate the duration for both course development (phase 2) and course duration (phase 3).

Phase 2 NFPC staff are deployed to develop the course relating to:

• Formulation of course notes and support material.
• Preparation of presentation to accompany the course notes.
• Customer review as required

Phase 3 NFPC staff are deployed to deliver the training course.

The costs of this will take into consideration the duration of the course, location form NFPC, travel time, travel arrangements, number of staff deployed, accomodation, insurance and delay charges.
