The level of this programme demands a previous knowledge and working experience of hydraulics. There are two routes to achieve this qualification.
Who is it for:
This BFPA Level 3 qualification is designed for those personnel involved in the maintenance and management of industrial hydraulic systems and associated controls, who require knowledge and competence based skills to support such work based activities as:- planning and preparation, interpreting and using technical information, devising and following procedures associated with installation, commissioning, testing, fault diagnosis, maintenance, servicing and re-establishing a machine "fit for purpose".
Entry Requirements:
It is recommended that candidates attend the Stage 2 Industrial Hydraulics training course or have the equivalent knowledge and experience.
Enrolment on to this programme can take place at any time during the year.
Duration:
16 months maximum.

All successful candidates will have to pay a certification fee of £75 + VAT directly to the BFPA to receive their CETOP Level 3 Industrial Hydraulics Certificate.
The examination will take place twice per year, March and September.
