Apprentice and Undergraduate Training Programme in Hydraulics and Control

After the success of this course in 2008, during 2009 this course will be run twice during July.

This training programme is designed to compliment and support those apprentices and advanced apprentices who are on route to a NVQ in engineering. This programme is also ideal for undergraduates on work based secondments.

The programme will be delivered over a two week period. One course will run from 6th-17th July 2009 and the second course will reun from 20th-31st July 2009 at the NFPC. The content of the course will be based around a hydraulic system and the associated theory of each component part will be investigated and reinforced with practical tasks.

All candidates will be given the opportunity to gain a CETOP Level 1 Hydraulics (H1) qualification, which will involve the candidates completing a short examination and being assessed on a "one to one" basis performing a series of practical tasks

Candidate numbers on this course will be limited and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
